Why Has My Cell Service Gotten Worse. Power and Associates the quality of wireless phone calls has become worse over the last six months. Overall cell phone call clarity and connection reached its best levels in 2009.
Im in the Washington DC Area 20009 zipcode and all of a sudden my cell service has gotten HORRIBLE. Sadly it hasnt improved since then. Over the years instead of getting better or just staying the same its gotten steadily worse to the point that if I didnt have a phone with WiFi calling that uses my internet service to make calls my cell would be useless at home.

This will be noticeable if your phone has been changed to prioritize the T-Mobile network. When the network merger fully completes perhaps we will have better service. Over the years instead of getting better or just staying the same its gotten steadily worse to the point that if I didnt have a phone with WiFi calling that uses my internet service to make calls my cell would be useless at home. In the last year it has deteriorated to the point music just stops over and over buffers and two bars of service is now the norm.
